Description

This book is both intensely personal and profoundly universal. Through her creative process, Nathalie transforms pain into presence, offering readers a rare glimpse into the inner landscape of healing. Her story extends a message of solidarity to those navigating illness, trauma, or despair: you are not alone, and healing is possible.

For caregivers, loved ones, and healthcare professionals, I AM ALIVE opens a vital conversation about the lived realities of long-term recovery, beyond clinical charts and hospital walls. It is a reminder that true healing involves the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
