Refund and return policy:
Clients have a minimal of 14 days to return goods and have the right to receive a full refund within 30 days, regardless if damaged or not.
Refund will be offered within 14 days, provided the item is incomplete.

Delivery:
The item(s) will be send by post within a day after the order.
Delivery depends on the country from which the order is placed.
Delivery in the Netherland will take one or two days.
Delivery in the rest of the EU probably a week or so.
Delivery outside the EU can take longer.
